im avoiding the scale right now ive been on a full out ice cream binder ...i need some kind of rehab soon as i work up the nerve to face the music i will get on the scale ....maybe il take a exlax or 2:crying:

i dont mind tipping the waitor at dinner but i hate tipping the nail salon and the hair salon because i feel that their job and the service i came in for why do u need extra on top of the 40 i just gave you ... especially when its the salon owner i know they are making the money....

ive been on yaz almost a year and im ready to change it ..my periods are more irregular now than they have been in a while so im thinking its time to move on to something better ...:thumbup:

thx guys ...you make me feel so much better im gonna get in those jeans maybe next week...i hope ive got pretty good restriction but i think i could use .25cc i need to make app to get a fill but i hate forking over 100 for a small fill...is that weird ..like if it was a whole cc i would feel better..:tongue: -

posting just to post .... i can almost button my size 8 jeans ..i bought them as motivation and i love ice cream it is my enemy...i gave up cookies and took up a oce cream addiction ... this is new i never cared for it before...if i could give up ice cream and cookies those jeans would fit dammit ... why cant i love carrots?:tongue: -
