After my tummy tuck I was bob marley high....lol. I kept calling mywork and talking to diff people I work in a hospital I kept telling them I was dying...and when I went back to work I didn't even know I had done it..I talked to everyone.it was funny but bad at the same time ...so maybe depending on how u deal with meds take the battery out of the phone and put it awy...but pls do post some foolishness... i have pcos and ive been banded 7months ive lost over 30lbs ...i hope to drop another 20...with pcos its so hard to lose but the band will help you.

I have a serious addiction to sugar I'm on a all out sugar cycle...eat it crave it eat it crave ....what do I do? I know I could have made it to goal already if I would just leave the sugar alone...so upset right now ...I'm just not a protein or meat person...

I know that I could have made it to my first goal by now if I could give up cookies and icecream ....

I have desire for chips or salty snacks just cookies and ice cream...

Posting to post had a great day at the beach with ds and bf...until massive thunderstorm breaks out and we had to leave..

Try to crush a zantac...and sip hot broth...this helps me when I feel pukey

Posting to post My bf bought a huge mr.goodbar home from the store...not the king sized the giant one....WTF? I can't believe him...I gave it to my son....

Just eat some no sugar added ice cream ...the sugar alcohol act like a laxative...learned the hard way...
