Today no ice cream and no cookies this was a big day for me ..cookie free for 3 weeks...and I'm down to 161 Can't wait to get to the 150s

hi guys back at work tonight....got on the scale today 161...whoohoo...I know u guys tired of hearing it but I've been stuck for a month ...so I'll take 1lb at a time and be thrilled...about it ... Hi snt day 4 was the day for me when I felt like wow I am ok I will feel normal again soon...I couldn't sleep on my left side for a month tho. Good luck

Hi guys I took this breath test at my doc office and I thought I was eating around 1200 calories a day ...well the test showed my resting rate was 1700 ...so my doc said I must be consuming much more if I'm not losing like crazy...ask your doc for 1 of those test it opened my eyes a lot..

No I'm a monitor tech.or ekg tech ....tonight I have the luxury of sitting wirh a big coo coo head...fun times...

I know there's no way I could take in 1500 on a bady day even woth my low calories Ice cream ...its 70cal That machine is so wrong ...my doc is being a dick lately .....I've been eating veg soup most day and 1/2 cup seafood salad ...still can't see that adding up to 2400...

Hi guys went for my fill yesterday .25 I could have used more but I hate being to tight...anyways he hooked me up to some breath test theng for 10 mins and it said that I have been taking in 2400 calories a day and that why I haven't lost in a month...my resting rate is 1700..I told him I log my food online and it say it get 1200 to 1400 daily ..he's said if that was true I would be dropping weight like crazy.....have any of u had this test is it true or what...I don't feel it eat that much and no liquid calories at all ...except fat free milk
