I've been having to many cocktails in the evening and the scale is showing it... Actually I think the drinks trigger my eating either way its bad..I'm getting filled tomorrow hope this puts me back on track.

I got a little carried away with my starvation diet today ...now I feel all sicky and weak... I had 1 boiled egg today and some carrot sticks...note to self eat a little more... I'm trying to give up the cheetos and fruitroll ups. -
