i saw a chick at the gym with acool watch that did the same thing i dont know what brand it was but she said u can get them at any sporting goods store....but if u want a body bugg amazon or ebay

im a slow loser and at 4 months i had only lost 10 or 12lbs i didnt get filled right away and it took awhile for me to change my eating habits -
