    Add unflavored protein powder such as Unjury to yogurt. I had yogurt fir breakfast and lunch and added the Unjury and that gave me my minimum of 60 grams for the day

    I had aetna as primary from my employer and caresource through the state as a secondary and I didn't have any out of pocket expense...

    Thanks @@sugabear44 at the beginning of my 3 month pre-op diet I was 293. Day of surgery I was 273..... I lost 30 in my first 30 days.
