I tried looking for it but came up with a few different by that author. Can you please give me the exact web site where you found it? Thank you!

    Hungry post op?

The "grim girl" was aimed at me. But I'm not sure why, lol. But I don't think it was meant in a bad way. Best of luck on your surgery and new journey! :-)

    Hungry post op?

I don't know what that has to do with my hunger issues, but I got the surgery because I didn't want to end up with all of the health issues all of the women in my family has had due to weight. I have always exercised and watched what I ate, but the weight would never budge. And I have never felt hungry like I do now. Who knows, maybe it will eventually subside.

    Hungry post op?

I keep pretzels with me almost all the time. I know that's not the best thing to eat but it's convenient, easy on my stomach, and keeps in any weather. I don't like vegetables; some fruits are ok but they contain a lot of sugar. And I know I don't drink enough water but it just doesn't seem to sit well in my stomach. I don't think only 30 pounds is worth the surgery and all I'm going through, and I honestly don't think I'm going to loose anymore weight at this rate. :-(

    Hungry post op?

I am constantly hungry and eat all the time. And my stomach gurgles and makes noise all the time. Does anyone know if this is normal or not? And will I ever stop being hungry all the time?

    Hungry post op?

I am six months post sleeve and I am constantly hungry! I have only lost 30 pounds since my surgery. I snack all the time and I don't know what to do. I was never like this before my surgery. Is anyone else having this issue? And will it ever go away?
  9. I have been trying to find a good "trusted" doctor for a little plastic surgery. I would prefer to have it done in the US but its so expensive. I have been reading about surgeons in Mexico and came across two names that keep coming up as "great" doctors. So I went online to try and find out more. I saw great reviews until I came across this article "Dr Sauceda arrested for Cocaine possession and drug paraphanelia!!" The article was in 2012, but the posts are recent and state that he continues to use. Anyone know anything about this? Is there a good doctor anywhere that sincerely cares for their patients, doesn't charge an outrageous amount, and does a good job!?
  10. Thank you for the information, I will check it out.
  11. Great, thank you for the info. Can you tell me about what it cost? And how long was your stay? I'm wondering if after the air fare and such, if its really much cheaper.
  12. Thank you all so much for the posts and information. After reading everything I am considering going to Dr. V and even have my daughter considering it, lol. I have seen a lot about his cosmetic surgery for loose skin after weight loss but not much in regards to face lifts. I want my neck area done and possibly eye lid lift. Anyone out there have any comments in this area? Also, about what does he charge? Are his prices much cheaper than in the US?
  13. Thank you so much for the information!! I will definitely do my homework, lol.
  14. Shew....great! He is one of the two I was considering. But I must say, I am very skeptical about Mexico. There has just been so much negativity about it.
  15. How do you know it's not the same doctor? It's the same name, same profession, and Texas borders Mexico; very easy to just cross over.

    Generalized mid-upper Back Pain?

I have had my gallbladder removed, and also have back issues due to my chest size. I figured my back issues would get better with the weight loss in my chest. Maybe I just need to give it more time.
  17. Lol @ MarieMarie. Thanks for the information F_it. Hi Amazon, I have been doing better lately. Before I had my sleeve I was doing HIIT (high intensity interval training) about four times a week. One of the main things was to "carb up" before training. Our bodies needed the carbs for fuel. But of course there are good carbs and bad carbs, so choose wisely, lol.
  18. I am in my 5th week of post-op. I have always been strong, and had been doing HIIT (high intensity interval training) for almost a year prior to my surgery. I hear that walking and exercising is key to recovery. But I have absolutely no energy, and I tire so quickly. Not to mention feeling so weak. When will I get my strength and energy back? Am I on queue or behind in regards to post-op recovery? Is something wrong? I read about people exercising and jogging, I'm doing good just to get every day things accomplished.
  19. I understand about the mind willing, but the body not following, lol. I just started back to exercising this week, and it hasn't been easy. Best of luck to you! :-)
  20. Well I have tried upping my water and protein, and trying to take in more calories. Today is the first day I have felt like doing any sort of workout. I did one mile on the treadmill and two miles on the stationary bike. But I must add that it took me 20 minutes to "walk" that one mile, lol. And I just sat back and cruised at a slow pace on the bike, no arm movements or anything extra. But I did at least get that much done. Another answered prayer...praise God!
  21. Oh my gosh, all of the wonderful suggestions and support means so much! I have felt so alone (medically) during all of this. I have read every single post, and I will definitely take to heart all of the advice and suggestions. Thank you all so much!
  22. Awesome, thanks! I will go tomorrow and see if I can find some.
  23. I am not taking Thiamin, I was not told to; but I will look for some. I take the B12 shot once a month, but I'm not sure the MG. Thank you!
  24. Thank you both for your comments. I have been taking probiotic chewable, prenatal (no I'm not pregnant, lol) multi vitamin chewables, and trying to get my protein in. But I can't hardly clean or do anything without without getting exhausted.
