hey guys i got banded oct 16th.. and tonight was the first night i really went out. when i got home i was having a sharp pain when i take deep breathes. The pain is located in the center of my chest, near where my top incison was made. ( possily right where the port is) does anyone have any idea why? Did i just do too much today and not enough rest? Please let me know if im alone on this one,. Thank You! :help:

i dont know what it was from but it went away. im going to the doctor tomorrow.. so i will keep everyojne posted. I think maybe because i thought i was ready to go out to a haunted house but it was too much for me. as my mother says. Outside heals quickly but the inside will take time..

hello everyone! I got banded on 10.16.07, and my doctor wants me on high protein for two weeks! I'm half way through but this is getting old because all i am having is the isopure shakes. Is there anything other then protein shakes that can give me the 60-80 grams of protein i need per day?! Please let me know thank you! -con4t

i am having a pain there as well. i am 7 days past banding as well. My doctor said most likely it's gas trapped. It's in my lower left side of my body not anywhere near the incisions!
