homemade chicken salad worked for me I can eat that everyday

I am staying on plan today because I can now fit a ladies XL shirt and size 18jeans it feels so good to go down (the clothes are so much cheaper)

Today I tried on a ladies xl shirt and it fit no more plus size :thumbdown:

I also have a 10cc band first fill 2cc I had some restriction for about 2 weeks and I got my second fill on 2/2/07 (1cc) so far so good I get full off 1cup of food hope it last because I now have to pay 150.00 a fill...:thumbup:

my dr charges self payers 15k but charged my insurance company 39k :w00t:what a difference.

as of this morning I am halfway to goal after 2 1/2 month post opt I love my band......:tongue2:

me too and I think that's why people stop losing and don't understand why, the bodybugg takes all the guess work out .I love my bugg, I am now at my half way to my goal after 2 1/2 months post opt amazing

I used my weight from my first day on the pre opt diet , that's when I knew for sure this was weight that I was never going to see again.

I was approved in 1 week with a BMI over 40 no other health problems

I think that true results is a great place to start they have a big selection of Dr. and I am sure one of them will fall within your network. and they will also do all the paperwork for you.
