    b: skip L: 1.5 oz of pork chop,and cornbread D:1cup of Pasta S: 100 calories pack I also eat around 1100-1300 calories I work out way to much for only 600-800 my body will kill me for that.:tea:

  18. I drink 48-64oz mostly crystal light I have the same problem it cold water but only in the morning, I have so much restriction with my second fill I cancelled the third fill appointment

    Biggest Loser

    I don't feel bad anymore when I do everything right and don't loss because Mark worked his butt off and only lost 1 pound and Brittney only losses 1-2 lbs I know I don't work out as hard as them. :blushing:
