I keep chicken breast and chuck ground beef 97/3 I cannot eat french fries , dry chicken nor can I eat ribs.

I exercise 30-45 a day at home 6 days a week . I love to exercise now I have so much energy my husband was tried of me cleaning the hell out the house so I burn that engergy exercising now :eek: -

it came back up whole it never really went down it was crazy I could talk cause I could feel it in my throat, but did hurt at all. its like if you swallow a whole pieace of Ice and caught it right before it get down and cough it up the same thing

I have PB with chicken breast but only once. I think I ate it to fast. but I have been great I have been exercising I am down another 7 lbs in 2 weeks . You will do this and your body will look awesome you will be healthy good luck get ready ....:eek:

my Dr. started me liquids 1 week , than soft soilds(mush stage) on day 7 and day 15 I started regular food. -

I found that I cannot eat dry chicken breast, chicken nuggets and french fries, so far I PB once on chicken nuggest and the fries got stuck and I chewed ...... Dr. said just give it a try , if you have problems frist time leave it alone

I have been eating soild since day 15 my doctor said just keep it at 1/2 cup I had my post opt appoint right at 2 week post opt I was down 10.5 now I can eat whatever I have been working out I am down another 7lbs I get my first fill on Jan7

I had so much gas pain it felt like a elephant was sitting on my chest by day 4 I was completely normal . out and about shopping, but every bump I hit killed me :think
