you have to exercise. for me its a must I do 30-45 min of Cardio 6 days a week. I cannot just watch my calories it don't work for me I need the workout.. log your food I found that to be the most important

my sex drive has gone up after losing some weight I am not sure if it has anything to do with the weight or hormones, but my husband even notice a difference, I always enjoyed sex and had a alright sex drive, but now it has enhance, they are some creams that you can rub down there and make you hot and want it.lol but if your are not attracted to your partner than no toys will help that's in your mind :smile:

my soworker had her surgery done by Dr. Carter and once she was approved she had surgery 2 weeks later, Dr. Carter did not have a pre opt diet so she could have had it sooner but she had to get her time off approved

My Dr. said if you can eat it with no problems then eat it but only a 1/2 cup or 2 oz, but I do have problems with certain foods so I don't eat them, ribs, some breads, chicken nuggest, and french fries.
