    Do u get your fills at the surgerical center. my first fill was at the center in Hurst and it was only 2cc now I need another one already I will go back 2/07/08

    I feel the same way I am becoming obsessed with working out and downloading calories burned (bodybugg) but I think it better than my food addiction, I would have never imagine that I would become obsessed with exercise, I think I traded my disorder...

    how do you track calories

    I have a bodybugg so I log my food in the web log and download (from my arm band ) the calories I burned for the day..
  9. I intake about 800-1000 calories I need to eat more now because I workout 45 min a day and I have no energy afterward.....

    How do you determine goal weight?

    I have found that I am doing the same thing I am 5'10 first my goal was 200 than 195 now I am thinking 185 , If I keep losing the way I have been I will be at a half way point in 2 months
