I work out 6 sometimes 7 days a week -
I don't agree with that I think it more to do with indiv. rather than race I have lost 40lbs in 2 months my friend 35 lbs and never had a problem losing just maintaining.

for me its timing I workout at home I have 2 young kids so I workout at different time a day sometime in the middle of the night I enjoy my new DVD the biggest loser working out with people who struggle with their weight like I do gave me that pick me up I needed I also power walk (treadmill) and ride a exercise bike, so while dinner is cooking I am working out.

UHC paid for my surgery I paid out of pocket 1400.00, but my company switch over to Aetna in Jan 08 now I pay for fills out of pocket $150.00 well worth it .....:rolleyes2: -

I avg. about 900-1200 calories I follow a low carb high protein diet meaning lots of chicken, tuna, lean beef, lean pork, and crab and shrimp -

whenever I am bored I turn the tv on my favorite tv show or a good movie and get to walking or riding my exercise bike.

I have not been the same since I was banded it took me 10 days and I finally took some milk magnisisa, now I take it a least once a week sometimes twice because I just don't go anymore. :rolleyes2:
