I had my surgery in Oct 2014. I get this weird pain that feels like a pulled muscle on my left side just below my ribs. At first I let it go because I was working out regularly with a personal trainer so I believed it was a strained muscle. Then it continued and I was eating a lot of peanuts so thought maybe I was having problems digesting the peanuts. Fast forward a few moths no peanuts, haven't been working out (I know I need to get back on that lol) and I still have this pain that comes and goes. Anyone else have this? Know what it could be?

What shampoo do you use?
kgard1916 replied to brandy31's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Yes it is. But remember when using professional products a little goes a long way. No reason a kit shouldn't last you 2 months unless you have massive amounts of hair. -

I myself am a cosmetologist The hair loss does come from a lack of protein on the inside. But I use nioxin 3 step kit to help. It creates a healthy environment for optimal hair growth. It will not stop it but can help prevent "fall". -

How Much Did You Lose Before People Noticed?
kgard1916 replied to mnmlst's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I was told by a nurse friend of mine people usually start noticing when you've lost about 20% of your original weight. Idk how true that is. People who know about my surgery notice but no one else has said anything to me but I've only lost about 30 lbs. -

You have to think of it this way. Your body has basically been "starving" the last few weeks. Now that it is getting some fuel it's going to hold on to it for a little bit. You know in case of another fuel shortage.
