hey april, no fill till Nov 20th . as of today without a fill I am down 20 lbs and I am now weighing 198 so I will continue to do what i am doing and walk. I got me an IPod so I can walk alone if I have to it is so hard to find peole to be a walking buddie so I am going to go alone now!
