I completed week 1-yea me! I completed week 2-yea me! I am still lovin' it! I did the 3rd day of week 2 at the playground. My dh has started the program also. So we worked out while the 5 year old played on the playground. Afterwards, I ran around with my son, and played on the slides and the swings. I have not been this active in a very long time! I feel like I am regaining self control.

BJean, don't go into the light! Look away! Remember that you are a lap band talker not a poser. A lap band talker comes for wls support and may post on a controversial thread for recreation. A poser only posts on controversial threads. There is no lap band talk left in them! How can you spot a poser ? If their last 130-140 posts were to political or controversial threads not only have they gone into the light, they are the gate keeper. BJean, I know its hard not to respond to some of the stuff that gate keepers post. But, it's all part of an intricate plot to change your focus from wl support. I am right here with you girl. I completed week 1-yea me! I started week 2 today. I am still lovin' it! Week 1 is intervals of running 60 sec. and walking 90 sec. Week 2 is intervals of running 90 sec. and walking 2 min. I hope that some of you will join in on the fun!

I was banded by Schmitt on 9/9. I think both docs only do realize now.

Alright! Congratulations on your surgery. Its so good to hear that everything went well. The gas comes from the gas that they inflate you with during surgery. It can be a monster! Keep us posted on your progress!

congrats girl! I was banded 9/9 with the realize band. I just got my first fill which was 3 cc. The band only holds 9cc. It is installed without fill but you may have done due to the initial swelling from surgery. I lost 11 lbs 1 week post op. I have lost a total of 21 lbs since surgery. Keep us posted on your progress!

Jason how long after the fill could you tell that you had more restriction ?

You will post a success story! This surgery has really been a blessing in my life and I am only 6 weeks post op. I feel like I am in control. Keep us posted on your progress and congratulations!

Actually I would love to find a quality single serve blender/combo for quick on the go shakes. Have you seen one?
