Skee Wee Soror! Thanks for the picture comment. I got the dress from Belk's Department store this past fall. What you may not be able to tell from the pic is that the bottom is bubbled. Unique but not frumpy, ya know?

Hey there, Thanks for the picture comment! Congratulations on your decision to get healthier weather its by lapband or some other method. Good for you! With the lapband every patient is different. Some lose faster than others some have more excess skin than others. As for me I am down 45lbs to some I am a slow loser but I feel great! It works for me. I am not on a specialized diet. I eat what I like and what my bband can tolerat., Just less of it. Unfortunately, I haven't exercised in months. I do plan on restarting because I don't want a lot of flab. So far I haven't bhad ban issue with loose skin. I think the band's slower rate of weight loss than the bypass bgives the body a chance to adjust. IMO. I lost 45lbs which may seem slow compared to some people but I look at like I could lose another 45v in 10 more mos and I would be 90lbs lighter than if I did not get the band. I love my band! 75 lbs gone forever! This is a size 12-14 dress too. I couldnt believe it when I tried it on and it fit!

Chantel: Don't go into the light! It's trying to suck you in! Girlfriend, you have a right to post your opinion without being subjected to personal attacks. Sometimes you just have to ignore it. They'll find another target or stick up for each other's posts. It still amazes me that as a group of people that have been ridiculed or discriminated against because of our weight, there are some among us that have the audacity to be hateful towards others. The mere fact that some on this rant think that another person's death is good makes me want to pb and start sliming. I guess the band restricts the stomach and not the asshole.:tongue2:

Zaxby's salads are yummy. Bread is a turn off for me so I don't do burgers and fries. Taco bell pintos n cheese or cheesy potatoes go down ok. -
