Down 32lbs This dress didnt look like I wanted it to look on me, Ive still got that tire around the waist. Cant wait to try it after my 1st fill.

Hi slinky! If you have an iphone or ipod touch you can download it from the itunes store. In the search box type in couch 2 5k. once the page loads click on the app by felt tip inc. (the icon is a brown box with a white 5k) It's only $1.99

I just dowloaded an awesome couch 2 5k app on my iphone that charts your days on the screen. It also allows you to listen to your own music and interrupts with verbal cues.
