I stopped drinking caffeine at the beginning of the month, Sept. 2nd. So that I could control the headaches with ibuprofen. Haven't had a drop since. I started pre op diet Tuesday. Sticking to it 100%. The shakes are pretty specific, no more than 5 carbs. Must have 30 grams of protein. Can only be 150 calories. I am so excited for everyone!!!!! -

I had to complete 6 months for insurance. I just could not gain even 1 pound. They also said if I fell below 40 BMI I would not be penalized for losing weight. That I would still qualify for surgery. Started Jan. 2014. Surgery Oct. 7th. Best of luck!!!!

I use it. I really like it. I like to add root- beer flavoring to creamy vanilla. Taste like a root -beer float. Yummy!!! -
