I definitely agree everyone is on their own journey and I that thought when I want to compare to other people. I have an appointment scheduled on the 20th with the nutritionist, so this is a question I plan on addressing when I go. I was just looking for some insight on what others did when they noticed a stall. I've already lost 60lbs and it makes me feel incredible, but I still have ways to go and that's just fine. I weigh myself maybe once every two weeks sometimes longer, but I'm due to retake my measurements. I appreciate the responses!
