Hello, I have just begun my journey. I recently completed my group meeting and now and waiting for my one-on-one meeting with the surgeon. Wish me luck and prayfully and life change of weight and boosted self esteem.

Last week I went to my Group Session (10/18/07). I was a little skeptical after the meeting about going through with the surgery. I called my Mom and she did not try to convince me otherwise.:help: I decided to get on the internet and do some more research. After reviewing so many entries here at lapbandtalk.com, I am so inspired and decided to call my doctor to start the next phase of getting closed to an approval from my insurance company and a date for the surgery. My husband is behind me 100%. I'm so excited.:clap2:

Do you add the benefibre so that you have a smooth bowel movement?

I went to his Group Session about a week ago. I am looking forward to beginning my journey. I'm a little scared though. Any advice you can give sure would be helpful. Thanks, Tunisia
