The past two mornings when I've gotten outta bed my chest muscles have hurt. Like I've slept on my side all night but I didn't this time. Geez lol

I actually felt like I looked slimmer after surgery. I've never felt bloated. And I'm 4 days post and down 3 lbs since preop.

And one other thing you gals and guys thst can go through this with no pain meds are strong. I cannot do it. Maybe if I didn't have this belly button incision it would be a different story.

Day 4 post and Geezo I guess I slept on my side too long. My chest is killing me. I hate when I do that. Everything else feels pretty good. Gas pains as normal b trying to walk those out.

What I did a couple of times before weigh in was the night before wrap up in plastic wrap and sleep in it and try to sweat. Or the next morning exercise or dance and sweat off water weight. Take durex too starting today. Drink lots of water and pee a lot.

I'm day 3 post but day 2 was ok. I'm still in bed so I don't know how day 3s gonna go lol

I had a hernia repaired maybe that's why I had belly button incision.

Sponge straw thing is a straw with a sponge on the end yiu soak in water then just rub around in ur mouth to help with cotton mouth

I'm day 2 and feel pretty good. Lil nauseous from protein shake. Guess I drank a lil too.fast. I've been walking a lot. My belly button incision is the worse one. Makes it hard to sit up.

Let me warn you the worst part after the gas pains is the pain in the belly button incision. It's a stinging horrible pain.

Gas pains are bad. That's the first thing I felt when I woke up I just walked a lot yesterday and did thst breathing thing.

I have mine at 1045. I've been ok till just now. Woke up at 330 all nervous lol -
My husband's afraid for me. I'm fine right now. Go in at 1045 tomorrow. Wish me luck guys

Omg I'm so bummed. The last 48 hours I'm supposed to do straight up liquids. I did that yesterday and I just woke up. Peed. Got on scale and it's a lb more than yesterday. Mother nature is coming and she's gonna make me mad with this water weight. Any ideas on what I can do to take some water weight off without durex

I've been on this preop diet for about 3 weeks. I've not lost very much. I started august at 260. I'm now 249. I weigh as soon as I get up and after I use the potty
