I am on my third fill, and recieved it just before Christmas. I was pretty tight over the holidays, and experienced some nasty pb's etc.... I have been diligent with the workouts, and if I eat slow now I don't experience any problems.
I delayed my next fill date because I think I am in my sweet spot. I am losing about 1-2 lbs per week, last week I lost 5! I'm not super hungry when I follow the band rules.
Question is, is this a moving target? Will I eventually start eating more and fall out of the "zone"?
