I have to do a liquid diet for almost 2 was before surgery. Which consists of sugar free carnation instant breakfast and sugar free Popsicles and of course lots of water. The day before surgery I get broth. The good news is that since I started the liquid diet I've lost 13 lbs. -

I am so ready, it's been really hard watching my kids and husband eat and I have to drink my dinner. -
The day before surgery I get broth.

I started mine last week too. I can have sugar free carnation instant breakfast, sugar free jello and sugar free Popsicles and of course lots of water.

I had mine yesterday, it was quick and I just had a sore throat afterward.

I'm asking for 2 weeks but really planning on only taking 1.

I'm so excited, I thought I was going to have surgery the middle of October but my surgeons office called today and scheduled me for Sept 30th. I start my liquid diet now.

I'm new to this site also. I am currently going through all the requirements. My doctor said I am currently looking at an October surgery date also.
