However I have recommitted myself and have joined the gym. I started at 212 and am down to 183 but should be where you are. But thats Ok, I am back on track. Rose

I just listened to Monkey Man by Toots and the Maytells this morning on my new IPOD. I bought the nike+ runners which talk to the IPOD and I have to admit was was pretty cool.

Hi Michelle, I seem to be in the same boat. I have not lost any weight for at least a month. I cheat all the time and seem to get away without gaining any weight. I really want to get down to my goal, so have recommitted myself. Frankly I have not found this that easy, as it really does require dieting. I still feel I am in the cycle of dieting or binging allthough the binges are small and don't cause weight gain. Anyway, I am recommitting myself to not cheating and excercising. Rose

I was banded Nov 20th and had my first fill 1 week later. My next fill is Jan 8th and I can't wait. I am hungry a lot in the afternoons and sometimes get headaches. I also started at 212 and find the weight loss has been slow. I am down to 192 after 6 weeks. Skinny Jill, I also had surgery on November 20th and was given a small fill one week later. I was loosing weight up until about a week ago. I can't get the scale to budge and I am following the Doctors instructions to the letter. I also excerice an hour a day. Feeling very frustrated. I am also hungry. My next fill is not until Jan 15th. Hello I was banded in the Dominica Republic. Everything is going well. There have bee a few times I have been hungry. I think the key is to carry your protien shake around with you, so you don't get caught out somewhere and get really hungry. I have started walking 1 hour a day and am feeling fine. Rose
