I'm hungry, drained, and sleepy. How am I suppose to workout feeling like this while on this pre-op diet?

You know, I just realized earlier today that I have not been drinking as much water as usual. So, I am making up for it now. This is just my second day, and Ive had a terrible headache all day. My diet consists of 2 protein shakes and one very low carb meal a day. I have to do this for the next three weeks then switch to a liquid diet.
