hi all i just don know am on the irght track or not , i was banded since last feb and i had 3 fills nad i lost only 6 kilos , the only psitive thing i feel that i never gain the weight back but the loss progress is below my expectations , is it normal ? i stared relatively thin as per my doc (101 KG and 169 cm tall ), can any one rest assure me :help:
