You may be fine and have nothing to worry about. Make sure your home care routine is on point. Use products that are appropriate for both this weather and your skin type. Try and do regular facials. Visit your dermatologist. With cystic acne, they can do injections to reduce the inflammation. DO NOT PICK IT! DO NOT SCRATCH IT! DO NOT POKE IT! DO NOT TRY AND EXTRAXT IT!

@@rmspencer it will get better. Promise. It takes a little time to adjust and you will have days where you second guess your decision. I had ups and downs too. I went back to work to soon and over did it right away. My stomach/Pouch gave me a hard time transitioning through the different phases. I had horrible heartburn for a while and eventually had to go back to hospital for an IV because I was dehydrated. Im in the north jersey area as well (work in Township of Washington & Westwood). Make sure you stock up on ice pops and luigi's sugar free Italian ice. That helped me a lot with the chewing and texture factor. Congrats on making one of the biggest decisions of your life. hang in there -
