Any girl willing to send some tips for another women
Lisa Mccarroll replied to TheNewSamanthaSmiles17's topic in The Gals' Room
Be excited! Document! and be ready! like the ladies have said, your body is going to change and fast. hold off on buying clothes. have some panties in smaller sizes available. I had to use a binder clip at work cause mine kept falling and I was wearing a dress..... ughhhhh weightloss problems lol! Stay active. For the first 6 weeks you wont be able to do any ab work or weights, but walking, using a treadmill, biking are all great ways to help the body adjust and keep things toned. HYDRATE! take it easy don't gulp, but definitely keep hydrated. I got sick after surgery and ended up not getting enough fluids and back in the hospital I went for an IV take it easy. Don't rush things after surgery. we are not superheros. I learned the hard way. I had some complications, nothing major, after surgery because I went right back to work (2 jobs) right away. I pushed myself to hard. Lesson learned. Listen to your body. It will tell you what you can handle. Take advantage of your nutritionist and support groups. They will be great resources and a great way to bond with others who have had the same experience. clothing exchange will become a great friend. don't be weirded out about switching clothes with strangers. you will save TONS and if like myself, I have donated clothes with tags still on them. you go through things so fast that its not worth spending money. I did however invest in leggings, sweaters, and Kimono tops. those will adjust with me and with the help of a belt, I will get more use out of them. good luck and best wishes -
when I reach my goal, I am doing a boudoir book! Yes yes yes I am.... All the sexy lingerie, the stockings, the FMP's! YUP photo! photo!! photo!!!

I loveeeeeee to get dressed up. If its a tendy kind of place, then rock the dress. Show off. Its not trying to hard, its who you are! if its like my fave little whole in the wall bar, then Jeans/Leggings are fine. I like to make a good impression when I go out so I wear whatever I feel the sexiest in!

Don't stress, the body does a lot of freaky things when its faced with drastic changes. Talk to your GYN next time your in. There have been some great breakthroughs and she might be able to guide you to something medical (pills/injections) or even holistic (acupuncture, herbs, meditation). Being a bit body conscious will play a big factor. Remember we weren't plus size overnight so we had time to adjust to our bodies. Now losing the weight did practically happen over night and we are not given the same amount of time to adjust. Remember, lbs up or down, extra skin, whatever, your still beautiful. Don't let it get you down! plus it never hurts to spice things up a bit. you'd be surprised how a couple toys, massage oil, new lingerie, soft sheets, or some good old fashion porn can help rev the engines my BF and I will be visiting the Exxxotica Convention this year. sizzle sizzle!!!

Where are you losing?
Lisa Mccarroll replied to JCP's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I have lost weight everywhere, even in places I didn't want to lol My face was the first place people noticed. My BF notice my behind and chest was smaller (lol but still perfect he says lol - such a supporter ) Now my legs, stomach arms even my feet are smaller. I am back at the gym so I can really tone up and help accelerate my loss in a healthy manner. ove having no clothes that fit!! well for the most part anyway! good thing I never got rid of my "skinny" clothes. -
