Hi! I was sleeved almost two weeks ago. My struggle was the liquid diet I got sick of it the day I got home. My struggle now is mainly that I can't eat out with my b.f yet because I'm in the puree stage but it'll chage. I had a doctors appointment last Tuesday and lost 23lbs just in 4 days. And honestly I feel great some of my clothes aren't as tight. Do it trust me I already had my regret phase which was I regretted having my sleeve because I miss eating what I want when I want and I was to the point of a break down but I'm good now. It's hard Nothing comes easy and it'll pay off. I'll be here if you want to talk.

Thanks everyone for the love and encouragement I think it is cabin fever and I hope to get pass it soon when I return to work. Did I mention I'm a baker (yikes) but I don't usually want anything from work so I'll be fine. I start solid foods on thanksgiving so I'm looking forward to that. Trying my best not to fail.

I try to bundle but I guess I'm starting off early but I'm always cold! Always always. I'm a vegetarian so it's that much harder for me.

Thanks for your response. Maybe I'll try zumba at home and see if I can handle it. My mom is really old school and feels like I shouldnt be moving at all haha.

I'm lacking in protein big time. Need help asap. Don't want to loose my hair!

I have no clue how to tell and I don't want to keep going to find out! But I started puree heaven today and I'm eating spoonfuls like before. And I feel like I have a gigantic burp in my chest is this full? Haha I don't know!

Oh I do the same too. One giant burn. But when I take bites and swallow I burp a lot. Too fast?

I still can't tell when I'm full I think I can when I feel pressure on my heart but I feel like I can still go.

Yeah I don't take my time. I just bought baby spoons that will hopefully help me out.

I have Greek yogurt, mashed potatoes, chicken soup and I found this amazing black bean hummus so I mix it with roccotta and chicken. And protein shakes I feel like it's not enough.

Does anybody actually follow the waiting a certain time to eat schedule? My NUT has a sample schedule and I feel like I probably won't use it and just eat when I'm like hey did I eat yet? Should probably eat

I'm a bit lazy too. Just started the puree diet tomorrow and I just don't feel like prepping my meals and it's going to be tough because on Wednesdays I have a 4 hour class with one break so I'm scared I just won't eat at all

I was sleeved the 30 and today is the 2 so day 4 or day 3? Anyway I don't want to call the doctor for this so I just was wondering should I be poopping already. I mean it's like Water but still. I'm not going to say sorry for the graphic post because we've all been there =)

I'm craving chewable foods too! I have my post op appt. Today too so I'm hoping I can do puree! How long is everyone else's puree diet? December 3 I start soft foods so I'm counting down

More of a rant and question 1.Havein my tape off tomorrow what should I use to reduce scaring 2. On day 5 and I really want solid foods righr now! 3. Starting puree diet soon. food ideas? 4. I'm bored already! Off work for 2 weeks have class once a week I'm so bored! Okay bye=)

I'm on clear liquids Water ice Water chicken broth Jello sugar free no carbonation I'm mainly doing some jello but I'm mainly doing water with crystal lite it's so much easier because I have it in a bottle next to me. I wonder if it's bad to just stick to one clear liquid rather than others? I guess as long as I'm hydrated?

Today is the day! I should be under by 12:30 est so excited

Gassy haha but I'm suppose to get discharged today but the doctor won't show yet.

The day after my surgery. Feel some pain. Was told mainly gas which I believe and everything is going amazing! How's everyone doing today?

Yeah the only pain I feel is when I sit up and down or if I swallow too fast

Thank you so much! Everything went amazing I'm in my room and in, pain. I knew it's hurt but not this much.

I'm scheduled to be there at 10 not sure when I'll officially be under and stuff. I think I'm packed? The diet still sucks. My hospital is 30 - 45 minutes away. I hope I'm ready! Not nervous not anything. Still hasn't hit me!

Where you at! It's almost our time. I'm on my liquid diet and it's still hard I'm not going to lie but it's all for the best right!! Tell me how your feeling. Me? It's not sinking in yet.
