Good Morning, WHOLEY SMOKES is it snowing hard out there. I almost got stuck going up one hill but old bessie was good to me and got me thru. I thought the engine was going to drop out of my car thats how bad it was. But I made it in. Beanie be glad you didn't come out today, its a mess. Betty I'm glad you were able to stand all day, its funny little nvs things like that, that really mean the most. I know nothing about public transportation... awful aren't I. BEANIE, YES, I am free Sunday afternoon, thats perfect b/c I have church in the morning. They are calling for snow on monday and tuesday of next week. I am also available any night next week for dinner Sunday I would have to bring my DD w/me if thats okay. IRA do you hear this !!! I didn't feel good until 5 - 6 days after surgery. Some folks are up and at it the next day so go with your instincts. GOOD LUCK PETER !!!!

I was told to wait 30 - 45 minutes after eating to drink Water, same with before eating. I know its hard and confusing at first but you'll get the hang of it. Some times (okay almost all the time) I forget, either before or after, I'm still in the learning stage LOL. Hugs !!!

Hi everyone Well it was a very long day. I got 420 emails at work so it took me all day to get thru about 300 of them. What a pain but I made it. I am tired Patty I work for a pharmaceutical company in new york. Been there for 8 years, seems like more LOL. I work in discovery research (its where they develop new compounds aka drugs). Before this job I worked for a generic pharmaceutical company in product development, that job I loved. I was in charge of buying all the raw material to make the experimental batches (we copied brand products) I got to design capsules that actually went to market. I left b/c the company got sold and everyone was leaving and when the new broom comes in they sweep the place clean. Before that was a pharmaceutical packaging for clinical studies company, that was COOL too. I work this week and have off from next tuesday to the new year LOLOL, hey gotta use my vacation or I'll lose it. My surgeon gave me 6 weeks off....well my disability was for 6 weeks so I took it. I'm so glad you and Lewis had a good day. Thats what counts bottom line. Cindy yes we got snow, and we're getting another storm tonight, iCK !!!!! Good Morning Well this is it, I was up all night b/c I could not sleep...yeah, thinking about work ICK. I work with great people its just that I'd love to be a sahm. Plus I get nervous after being away so long. I don't like attention believe it or not so that makes me queezy too. Anyway I wanted to pop in and say HAPPY MOANDAY, I mean MONDAY LOL SNORT! Does your doctor work with Dr. Ballantyne? I do not know of him. Ohhh the 21st... bet your so excited. Well let me put your mind to rest, hackensack staff and facility is WONDERFUL!!!! they are so gentle and caring, and I really love that. Many of the nurses who work in that surgical area/bariatrics (sp?) have had surgery and they will tell you. Your in good hands. I'll PM you my email addy, you might want to take yours off incase you get some wacko's emailing you. Okay I'm out of here to dry my hair... remember, I left with blond hair and I'm returning to work with my natural chocolate brown hair LOL !!! AND 25 lbs lighter...sheaaaaaat... I gotta change my ticker, its such a pain in the ass LOLOL !!! actually I shouldn't complain WTF? LOL By all, talk to you from work I HOPE !!!! My doc said not to worry about it the first few weeks, I was on clears for the first 2 weeks. I tried drinking Isopure but couldn't find a flavor I liked, so I just did w/out.

Hey Joe !!! Congratulations on the surgery date and losing 14 lbs so far. Well, since your on low carb/liquid diet, you might want to check on your calories. See just how many you are eating a day and lower it a bit. Like if your at 2000, try 1800. Drink lots and lots of Water and try walking around more for exercise. That'll be it from me NICE BIKE HANDSOME
