In the beginning you go slow, but after a while you drink like the best of em. I dont' chug but I do drink alot at one time. Don't worry about getting your Water down, you'll be ok.

Low carb diets will work but you have to make it a life time commitment because once you go back to eating carbs you will gain FAST!! How about the Mediterranean Diet? Its loaded with veggies and its a very healthy way of eating. My friend lost 87 lbs on it and she's got 10 more to go. She looks amazing. Your even allowed wine. http://www.mediterraneandiet.gr/index.html Personally I've never done good with WW, Nutrasystem or any of those diets but this way of eating is very healthy and you get to eat alot of veggies. Just set a calories level and follow the guidelines. No diet is easy thats for sure, guess thats why they don't like to call this a diet. Its a way of life.

Oh gross, no. ANd no its not a stupid question, its what they tell you. I just ate soft foods which were not many but it was only a week. When my nutritionalist said baby food my first thought was yeah right lolol !!! Good Luck !!!

I don't have any fills (yet) and I do the same. But it depends on what I'm eating. Chicken takes longer to chew so I eat less where as M&M's..... well you get the picture.

Good Morning, Lisa, good luck tomorrow. Post as soon as you can to let us know your home. WHOOOHOO!!! Betty hope your day is better. The job interview surely sounded like an adventure. I think I would have went home and gotten back in bed LOL !!! I do not want to be here today LOL. I'd love to kidnap Beanie from work and take her to the BIG HUGE mall they have up here. We did meet up yesterday around 5 pm and I took Beanie on the ride of her life trying to find a parking spot at this restraunt we went to LOL !!! We finally got one after I made her sea sick. It was a place called the Saloon and they even had her favorite kind of music ACCORDIAN ROFLMFAO !!!! We had a bite and then went back to her room and chatted a bit. I wanted to take her to a strip joint but she said she was a lady and didn't do things like that (on a sunday night that is) LOLOL just kidding. As soon as DH downloads the pictures I will post them. Okay back to work... ICK. Dang blasted Aunt Flo visited with a bag of M&M's and baked Doritoes yesterday.... sasssafras !!!!!

I make those egg muffins and freeze them so my mornings are easy (I posted it in the food section). Oatmeal, bran cereal, english muffin. I have to have easy too or I'll skip breakfast lol.

Hi Jan, Well cripey, that is a horror story to hear right before surgery. I'm so glad you are taking it w/a grain of salt BUT at the same time, double checking on it. I can't believe how fast its coming up. I know how excited you are. HUGS !!!
