Good Morning, I just got back from church christmas rehersal with DD. I'm so tired today, I feel like going back to bed but my house is a wreck lol. Beanie !!! did you get back okay??? Happy Friday !!!! Today is my last day and then I'm off of work until January 9th *WHOOHOOO* We did not get the snow they predicted instead we got rain Beanie, you have a safe trip back to Texas. Oh man, even toast ? You know if I eat gluey bread, like white, it just doesn't sit right but wheat, toast, crackers, bagels, chips all goes down way to easy. But I prefer to skip the bread and eat the insides, weird b/c before my band I would have prefered the bread.

LISA !!! We all know how you feel girl but I can tell you 8 weeks out and 29 lbs down that YES, its so worth it. You'll feel better in a few days, don't you worry. Its not easy getting thru the first few weeks of liquids but girl, it is so worth it. I put on a pair of pants this morning that were to tight a few weeks ago and they are now actually baggy... gotta love it. You'll see. Hang tight, you've made it. I also know some one who had the bypass and joined WW. She is doing great but boy, even in the beginning did she struggle. There is so much more to weight loss than just filling our bellies, thats for sure.

I was miserable and cried the 2nd day b/c of the pain. I'd say I was not in good shape until about the 4th day, it was then that I just started feeling better. Just rest and take care of yourself.

Debby, don't do it !!!! (instead of Debbydo it lol). Seriously, its not worth it, remember how far you've come and how something like this might set you flying in the wrong direction. The chocolates will be on this earth far longer than we will, so lets make the best of it. One thing I try to remember is to taste life and not engulf it. Come on you can do it, I know you can.

Good Morning Pat I'm so sorry but Betty is sending them to my house, but you know if you come up I'll be glad to share lolol. So do you know what the new baby is girl/boy? I love new babies but at this point in my life I love when others have to take care of them ROFL !! Nothing much is new, SOSDD. I'm here by myself today (well the boss IS here but no one else is so I get to run around the office naykiddddd JK!!! okay not naykid but I get to run around barefoot My co worker found an awsome NEW oldies station that plays stuff from the 60's - 80's. Its wonderful since they took our regular oldies station away from the NY area They even play that instrumental song Love Is Blue (any one remember?) which I haven't heard in YEARS. If I had a choice of what I could be in life it would be a singer or some one who can play an instrument really well because I love music so much. But since I can't do either, I'll just sing in my car when no one's around or when I'm drunk (but thats rare these days). LOVE YAH !!!

The clothes I was wearing before my band was ready to burst, now they fit loosly My family is proud of me (I am too) I feel good I am happy with a normal portion instead of the entire batch I've met so many nice people and new friends here I've met Renebean in person I have great support from LBT My scale is going in the right direction for once I have more energy physically and mentally My selfesteem is getting better I can smile at people instead of the ground because I know where I'm going I have hope !! But mostly I have Christ whom strengthens me.
