But thats JMHO Read the threads, look at the timing of the two estrange posters..... look at the # of posts they posted (they are new) hmmmmmmmmmm !!! I've seen that crap before and I'm not falling for it. All the admins have to do is check both posters IP address and they'll see and if that doesn't match I can bet its the same person using 2 pc's. I sware people just can't keep their mouths shut lolol. I felt the same way as you, I had to have surgery to get some time off of work lolol. Thats why I took every day I could oh yeah. Beanie, I'm glad you got the flowers :bananajump: hope they are as lovely as the photo looked lolol. I'm glad your feeling better, it does get easier doesn't it. I understand how you feel, I think we all do but you should not be ashamed, your going for help and thats one of the hardest things to do, is to admit you have a problem. Should a person with depression be ashamed of going to the doctor for help and medication, or a person with high blood pressure ashamed? no, of course not and neither should you. Being over weight is dangerous to your health don't be ashamed of helping yourself get healthy. Be proud that your making this very difficult step..... YOU CAN DO IT !!!!! The first steps are the hardest but before you know it you'll be on your way to a healthy life. HUGS !!!!

Keebler makes the 100 calorie packs too and they are wonderful... I like them better than the Nabisco ones. The nabisco's chocolate chip cookies are like crackers and the keeblers are like real cookies but I do like the nabisco pnut butter cookies

Yep its normal to have alot of gas... I'm out a few months and I still have gas but not the hurting kind (only the noisy kind lolol). Congrats on the new baby what did you have?

Good Morning, Zan you nut !! since your younger your a Jr. Mom Have a safe trip to GA and I hope you get to do some site seeing (ohhhhhhh warm weather...luck you). Feel better !!! Beanie, glad your feeling better. I slept in my recliner for 3 or 4 nights, there was no way I could lay flat. Just you wait, tomorrow you'll be feeling even better. I went shopping on the 5 day (light shopping of course, for maybe 1/2 hr.). Be careful w/what your eating, remember you don't want to irritate yourself...heal baby heal How's the pain ? Betty, the doc last week that couldn't poke the port (lol) wanted to give me .5 cc. This doc, the cute one that needs a hair cut gave me 1 cc :D He said NO food until Monday. So thats 5 days on Clear liquids...CLEAR!!! UHH... well I'm going to do 3 clear and 2 thick because usually folks only have to do 3 days liquids... I guess I'm special Sherry.... whats shakin toots? Well my little nibblets, I must get back to work. Nothing exciting is happening here except my broth, and peeing alot. Oh .... did I tell you I lied to the doctor. He asked me if I was exercising... I said yes, treadmill.. he said how often... I paniced and said every day BAWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wonder if my nose grew when I said that. More like 2 times in the past month LOLOL!!!! I don't know why I lied?? it just came out. Oh well.... lol There's my confession for the year.

Oh this fish is awsome, we cook it on the grill. Use some pam and place it on some foil (you can't put it directly on the grill, it will break into pieces). I also bake it. Add any seasoning you like, old bay, fish seasoning YUM!!! You know what other fish is heavely .... Orange Roughy. If you ever get a chance to taste it, get some. Its so good.

Yep, I believe its a staple of south beach and atkins. If your watching carbs use real whipping cream and make your own, its very easy and yummy with 0 carbs.

2/8 Clear liquid diet until 2/13 (got my fill today )

I had my first fill today as well. They tried last week and stuck me twice...couldn't get it so I had to come back. Today the "other" doctor got it on the first try. He asked me if I wanted it numbed and I said no, don't need 2 needles now lol. The needle didn't hurt but the pressure felt funny. How did it go for you today Charlee ?

I eat Louis Rich turkey bacon all the time, my family goes crazy for it. Nuke it between some paper towels, like 6 slices and cook it for about 5 minutes (depending on your nuker). Wait until it cools off and enjoy !! I'm with ya on the smells...... So I guess you don't want to ride by Nabisco with me
