Well this may be true but......... I went for my 3rd fill today. I told my doctor that in the morning and lunch time I eat less than dinner and that it feels like the flood gates lift at dinner time. He gave me a look like I had a big zit at the end of my nose. I shrugged my shoulders and said "what?" is this a mental issue or does this happen, can the band be looser at night. He said its definitely mental and I need to figure out what my issues were and why I eat more at night. Those of you who experience the same thing..... do you think its mental? .

Teresa, I've had 3 fills and so far I have very little restriction. Give it some more time darling, please As far as the exercise thing, I am the QUEEN of denial and excuses. I just hate it because my body hurts while doing it. So for now, until I can be comfortable doing it, I am just trying to focus on my eating and the exercise will come later. Hugs to you, and you do what you need to do, FOR YOU!!! (btw, your not alone in your thoughts, I've thought about gastric bypass myself but I want to give this band more time... I'm just impatient and I know it).

Howdy, I'm only on my 3rd fill girls, the first time they couldn't get it so I'm only on my 3rd. I feel no difference with this one what so ever oh well... Sherry, those pictures are so pretty, everything and you and DH look very happy. The flowers are beautiful, what a great color theme. I realy like your tiara Thanks for sharing them. Congrats on the fish tank. We have a 125 gallon thats sitting in my kitchen empty...well its really full of chit like paper, craft stuff, etc LOL, but some day when we get the time we'll fill it and put fish in. I have a little 10 gallon that I bought for DD. We bought her some "feeders" thats like little gold fish about 1" long and about $.49 ea. Well these feeders are about 6" long and just beautiful, I mean a beautiful copper orange and white. My DH thinks I'm feeding them mashed potatoes b/c they got so big. DD doesn't take care of them, of course I do lol. But I love them and its so relaxing to watch. Have fun. Patty how cool is that to go to a Disney Member Store... now go get that hair colored Pat, welcome home I too have been eating all the wrong chit, my intentions are good butttttt... you know the rest. Sorry to hear about your dinner party, that really does suck. I also did that once, made some chinese sesame ckn and it came out like chit...everyone ate it but it was so dry and ick... good sports. I didn't gain any going from liquid to mushy. I was losing nicely but it was on my own will power, so my doctor refused to give me a fill, even though I told him it wasn't going to last. I was so upset. So I purposely gained 2 lbs so he would believe me...nice eh. I didn't get my first fill until 4 months after surgery. Everyone is different but if you watch your calories when you make the transition you'll be okay.

Good Morning, Its a beautiful sunny day, cold but sunny nonetheless Just having blue skys really helps me with my depression (I have seasonal depression SAD). I don't take any thing for it, I've learned how to deal with it now that I know what it is. TOM is coming and boy am I nasty today. Poor DH, he can't even look at me HAAAAAAAA !!! We watched Narnia last night (the lion witch & wardrobe), Now I can see why it relates to christianity. GOOD MOVIE !! Since I had the fill friday my doc said I shouldn't eat unti monday... ummm okay. I ate yesterday and ate good I feel no difference with this fill. It was only .25 but maybe it just needs time to kick in. I ate a good plate of salad last night w/ckn breast. Finished it all. Well okay, I left some of the greens that looked like it came from my back yard but thats it. It had a yummy sesame / mango dressing on it and boy, if no one was around I would have licked the plate LOL. Beanie, lunch would be wonderful and better for me because now that DD is in a REAL day care I can't let her sit there to long with out them charging me up the ying yang. Good going on the Weight Loss !!!! hey no matter how your doing it, your doing it YAHOOO!!!! No nacho's for us on tuesday and thats okay w/me. I have a ton of laundry to fold and more cleaning but that it for today, I'm making some Ziti for the weeks dinner and I'm making myself scads of veggies, including acorn squash *slurp* How about you all ? watcha doing today?

I did 2 weeks Clear Liquids, 1 week thick liquids, 1 week mushie and then regular food. It was hard but I think it was good for the healing process. I had no problems moving to each stage. I was soooooo ready

coffee was on my list of Clear liquids that I could drink right away. They even gave it to me in the hospital (yes regular coffee). Enjoy !!

Hey Patty, My dinners gonna be easy peasy. If your having ham, throw in some baked taters and make a veggie ( I use frozen ). Buy a dessert and viola .. no standing in the kitchen all day. You can even buy pre-made mashed taters if you want. Happy Birthday to your DS and enjoy your ice cream lol.

Keri, I'm sorry this has happened to you. I pray it goes back to normal. Its hard to follow the bandster rules when after eating a cup of food your still hungry. How do you know when to stop? I certainly eat less than before but I can still eat quite a bit. Am I stretching the pouch? This scares me.
