I've been eating to much Easter candy since Christmas... not proud but true. I promised myself that after Easter I will not go down the candy isle at the store and i will try to avoid all the isles inbetween the produce and the bread because for me, thats where the dangerous items are. I promised myself more Protein drinks and to eat like a true bandster. This isn't gonna happen over night but it will happen. I have the tool, I now have to chit or get off the pot !!! tis time Hello..... my name is Eileen and I am addicted to chocolate (see I even capitalize it).

Excellent advice :confused: but for most of us, it cost anywhere from $300.00+ under fluoro for each fill. I know some one that paid almost $600.00. Kinda sucks but they got us by the balls.

Mrk520, your not alone. Before I got my first fill I could eat an entire hero sandwich and a side of chips with no sweatl. When I told my doctor I had no restriction and I was eating this amount of food, he didn't so much as flinch (but I was 3 months out from surgery). He said it was still less than what I was eating before being banded and I was losing weigh...so it seemed to be no big deal for him. I believe that if you have 0 restriction and the food is sliding down, your not packing the pouch (you still have to chew or it can get stuck), this is JMHO. After I got my 2nd fill, thats when I felt the food sitting there and pouch packing started bothering me. I believe there is a big difference when you have restriction to when you don't. Not that I'm saying over eating is good at any rate now lol.

I took the day off today, went to chuck e cheeses with DD. She had pizza, I had salad. It took every bit of strength not to get a second round. All I kept thinking was.... STOP IT!!! JUST STOP IT!!! you had enough. I really was hungry and not satisfied but I knew I really had, had enough. Its gonna take work girls, lots of work LOLOL !!!!! But your right Wheetsin, I don't want to deal with the consequences. Maybe I should put a sign up in my house "NO MORE POUCH PACKING" .....HAAAAAAAAAA Imagine the neighbors faces when they see that SNORT HAHAHAH ~~~

Melody, I remember being on mushy and just going to regular and feeling satisified/full. Your so right... I should focus on being satisified instead of stuffed. Praying does help Bandayed your so right the "I'm losing so WTF" is not the way to go. Back to the rules for me (at least I"m going to try). Even with the band, its hard to break those old habbits that sneak back up on you.

Do you have any health stores there...like we have a store called GNC...its full of vitamins, protein drinks, etc. Or, can you order stuff over the internet? What about Carnation Instant Breakfast? Ohhhhhhh Diane, your photo gave me goose bumps. I really could cry. You look so awesome and your family is just beautiful. You are very blessed. You really give me hope. I watched some video of us yesterday during the easter egg hunt, etc...and I was so saddened by how big I still look/am....but !!!!!! your photo keeps me going. Good Morning, I'm home today, I always take the day after Easter off b/c I'm pooped! and my house is a wreck lol. Sherry, the way you described your family, I thought I was reading my very own story. I am the youngest of 7 but the oldest when it comes to responsibility. I think I am the only adult out of all of them.... they have no responsibility, jealousy is sickening, lazy, etc..... (except my eldest sister, she was the only one who was "normal"... I say was because she died in 1998...long sad story..) anyway. My dad died when he was 54, of cancer (mom is still alive) I have 3 brothers, 2 are alcoholics who are sooooooo jealous its sickening (one brother died when he was 34 of heart failure...we think it was steroid b/c he was a body builder ), the 2 sisters who are still alive, I hate to admit it but are very lazy and I'm the one who takes care of my mom's financial stuff, etc. I love my family like nobody's business and we are there for eachother its just the petty shit that goes on and the talking behind the back that makes me sick. I try to stay away from it all. So.... I understand where your coming from. Okay now that you know all about my disfunctional family LOLOL !!! you can understand why I'm like I am eeeeeeeeerrrrr :guess and why I'm fat....being the youngest of 7 was not fun lol. So how is everyone today? I ate so much yesterday its not funny. I feel numb and tingly from all the salt I ate but it was surely tasty. Get this.... I tried to eat some pineapple and the first bite I took it kinda slid down and poof...got stuck. I thought it was gonna come back up but it didn't...it just hurt for about 20 minutes as I paced the floor. See thats what I get for "trying" to eat healthy haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
