Hey a mixer is a nice gift...practicle like me Kat I'm glad your not cooking, you just rest up kiddo Jessica I remember not being able to have mushies until my 3rd week and it drove me insane. At the end of my 2nd week I remember sucking on Gold Fish crackers just for freakin flavor...yes its a rough time but its worth it not to get hurt. Good luck at your visit. That-a-girl !!!! Why do a lot of fat / chunky guys think they are all that? I see a lot of fat guys who lift weights and think their mantits are muscle???? Which brings me to my next question.... why do we have so many tv shows with a fat guy and a skinny beautiful wife?? king of queens, the world according to jim, the flintstones, the honeymooners, and that other show on channel 2...can't think of its name but they guy is not only fat but fugly? Shoot, I was in the middle of posting and I hit the submit reply key duh !!! My DD got her first stripe on her Karate belt yesterday.... CAN YOU SAY PROUD MAMA !!!!! she was glowing. Welll lets see, nothing much is going on today. Loads and loads of laundry and cleaning. I refuse to cook today LOL, with thanksgiving in 4 days there will be to much food in the house anyway (yeah thats a good excuse lol). I made a Harvest tree for my house, its small, about 2 feet or so, but its warms the house....love that feeling. Other than that, SOSDD. Happy Sunday everyone .

Jetti, drink what ever shake you like, its really all an individual thing, but I believe I read once that the body can't absorb (digest) more than 30 gms of Protein in one shot, so if you have a drink thats 35 gms, have some for Breakfast and some for a snack. Nothing much is new over here in Joisey. Does anyone know where Beanie is? boy I miss that girl. I hope she's doing okay. Sherry glad the unfill went okay.... your doc sounds like a quack lol. I'm getting the nerve up to make an appt to go get one early in december... its just the embarrassment of gaining weight ya know, but I know I need one badly. Well today I get to see that HOT karate instructor and then its home for some cleaning. My spine is really bad with this damp/cold weather. I can barely stand w/out looking like a 90 year old...and to bend...forgedaboutit. I'm sure with more weight loss I would feel a little better so its an incentive for lack of a better word. Pumpkin Chili, Or, make your chili any way you like and add a can of pumpkin pie mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm !

If you love pumpkin, you'll love this.... at least I do. This recipe was give to me by one of my best friends who has lost 85+ lbs by following a Mediterranean diet. She is not banded. She is truly amazing and has learned to cook so healthy and wonderful. Thanks LINNY !!!!! You can adjust this recipe any way you like and it still turns out wonderful. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped red bell peppers 1 clove garlic 1 pound ground chicken breast or turkey 2 (14.5 ounce) cans canned peeled and diced tomatoes 1 (15 ounce) can LIBBY'S® Pumpkin Pie yes, the pie stuff 1 (15 ounce) can canned tomato sauce 1 (15.25 ounce) can canned kidney Beans, drained 1 (4 ounce) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles 1/2 cup whole kernel corn 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper HEAT vegetable oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic; cook, stirring frequently, for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Add chicken or turkey; cook until browned. Drain. ADD tomatoes with juice, pumpkin, tomato sauce, beans, chiles, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. MY SUGGESTION, EAT THE NEXT DAY......... YUMMY !!!! You can put in what ever you want, any veggies, beans etc. I also put in to bulk it up, zucchini, squash, green beans, peas, carrots (canned).

Today I'll be taking DD to her Karate class ( OMG her instructor is so F HOT HOT HOT, he's tall, dark hair and eyes, handsome, and STRONG... mmmmmm mmmmmmm ya just wanna eatem up).. Phewwww gettin meself all moist and hot and such If my body wasn't so messed up, I'd join myself... droooooool. Then its off to my MIL's for their 57th anniversary, food shopping, laundry, cleaning and wrapping more gifts that are staggering in from amazon.com yeah I love web shopping. Whats everyone doing for Turkey Day? I'm cooking and bringing all the food to my inlaws (they are old and frail...so what can you do). I'm dying to make a butternut squash pie...droooooool. Good Morning, CHIT I just lost my post. I don't know what my fat finger hit but poof, gone. I really miss you guys. My new job doesn't leave much time for me to go on the net and chat :confused: But this week, my boss is going away for a few days so I'm gonna try to get in here to see you all. Today DD has Karate, then its home for cleaning, showering dd so she can go to her Daddy/Daughter dance (western theme lol) tonight. Me!!!!I'm gonna stay home and enjoy the peace and wrap christmas presents that I bought for DD Eating has been crappy. Halloween we walked for 3 hours...so what do I do... I go to burger king and eat a chitty burger, onion rings and candy... uhhhhhhhhh when will I learn. My band is pretty loose, when I eat I can feel it almost instantly go right thru but I'm to embarassed to go get another fill b/c I gained yeah I know I know...I just got to get the balls up to go and get one. Hopefully b/4 Christmas. Udder dan dat.....whatcha all up to this weekend???? .

Good Morning Ladies, :ranger: Lets see, this morning I'll be doing some errands. We bought a "smart globe" and the dang thing ain't so smart... it doesn't work so back to the store it goes (100.00 bucks !!!!) and then we are off to an October Fest with some friends. In between is cleaning and laundry of course LOL...ya didn't think I'd get away without some sort of labor today now did yah lol. Oh and I'm making a big ol batch of tuna salad for the week... (for the gals that don't know me, I usually cook something for dinners during the week on Sundays so I'm not caught totally off guard when I get home at night). Signgirl, the only thing I remember when I woke up from surgery was thinking .........CRAP, I'm hungry and where's the nearest cheese burger...boy was I hungry. BUT when I got home and didn't have my pain meds b/c dh was getting them at the pharmacy... I did think OMG what the heck did I do to myself. ... but don't worry that "thinking" passes quickly. Its normal to be scared. Your going in this Tuesday? Kat...geeze girl, feel better will yah Sherry I feel bad for your son too. This is the first of many lessons / trials he will have to go thru in the work field...sad. The only good thing is it will teach him not to treat people like the witch is treating people. Hi Kids, How are y'all doing. Mary nice to meet you. Dr. Ballantyne did my surgery in 2005, he's a great guy. That reminds me I am in dier need of getting a fill. I feel like I have nothing left and well...I'm starting to gain. I live very close to you too... VERRRRRRRRRy lolol. Nothing much is new..... sosdd.........wtf.
