Good Morning FINALLY I get to play :devious Anne sweetie, your feelings are not stupid, they are very real and we all share in your suffering. I haven't lost in a long time too but thats because I am eating everything in site and I need a fill that I should have gotten months ago but I'm afraid to give up the portions that are on my plate....talk about feeling like a schmuck. The fear of eating less at a meal is stopping me from getting another fill. Its hard to break off your relationship with food, especially when its your first love.... breaking up is hard to do.... NO, ITS A BITCH!!! I do realize that my habits won't dissapear over night but I am working on them and I know you are too. Well I did make an appt and will get a fill next Friday (16th) :scared: <--- my doc giving me a fill LOLOL !!!! Good luck with your fill. Hang in there... we will work on addictions / problems together okay. Dianne, glad you had a good time on vacation. can't wait to see picts Pat, your boss sounds like a PITA!!!! I think you should put some laxatives in her coffee and send her home. :guess Wiseass!! Kat, I can't blame your DH for being like a bear, I'd be scared too. Bet he now understands how you felt before your surgery (not that its the same but it is). I think your doing the right thing by postponing the fill. There will be a right time for it. I agree with you, don't get a fill unless you are REALLY ready and getting one after your vacation is smart... you don't need no chit happening to you then. I find that if I don't eat every couple of hours like 3 at least, I get terrible gas build up and then POOF! MUSHROOM! I eat lunch at work at 12 noon, and if I wait until dinner to eat something (6 pm) I get such a stomach ache.

At this point, I'll settle for Mama Cass (but hold the ham sandwich please).

I wasn't allowed mashed taters until I was 4 weeks out.... boy oh boy I'm jealous lolol !!! My first BP was on a late night piece of chocolate that I didn't chew...yeah you'd think it would have melted.. NOT! Lesson learned.

I am hungry 1 - 2 hours after my meals (and no, I'm not drinking Water w/my meals), so yes, I'm ready for a fill. Being tighter will help keep you fuller longer and your intake of food smaller... will it help with weight loss... only if you eat properly, meaning don't pick on junk inbetween meals like I do. Keep an eye on your calorie intake too. You sound like your ready.

I think my sweet tooth got worse with banding *shrug*

Good Morning, Sherry your son is Handsome !!!! He got his good looks from his beautiful Mom, thats for sure. Betty, awesome pictures. When can we party at your house ? but you know, if I come down there, I might not want to leave I'm home today with DD. She woke up with a fever...still the same one from Saturday. Its strange, its not wearing her down but she goes from 99 to 102. She's getting the Motrin / Tylenol treatment. I'm gonna really try to watch my portions and get some exercise this week. I'm hungry every stinkin hour so yes, its time for a fill. I'm scheduled for June 16th.... no more farting around, I gotta go. So whats everyone up to this week?

Its normal to be scared of the surgery and scared that you will fail, but you really need to try to keep positive thoughts right now. Surgery didn't make me change over night but it is helping me change slowly and I couldn't be happier. Hang in there, your gonna be fine. GOOD LUCK TOMORROW !!!!!
