I also swim every day that I can because our summers are not that long and with my bad spine and joints, swimming is something I can do and love to do. Its amazing how you can feel muscles you don't even know you have LOL. Enjoy :tea:

I'm glad your feeling better whooh. IMHO, stay away from trigger foods for as long as you can. Once I started adding no no's to my diet, it was down hill from there. I'm still losing slowly which is okay with me, its just a scary feeling when you can't stop.... all the old mind games start to come back into play, and once that starts, they always seem to win (for me that is). Great photo's everyone My best friend in HS was deaf (hard of hearing) so I learned how to speak sign language very well. I haven't spoken it in a while but I do remember quite a bit... especially the bad words LOLOL !!!! My daughter who's 4 picked up my book a few months ago and is egar to learn. She went to school the other day and told her teacher in sign language that "Her teacher is a dinosaur" LOL. KUDO's to you all :jaw:

Yes that is normal. Although every doctor is different, my doc will give you a fill every 2 weeks until your at where you want to be.

Oh Betty, I'm so sorry DH lost his job, that really sucks big moose kaka. Patty is right, take a day to breath (Patty you are so spiritual...*hugs*). I think the same thing when the scale is not moving (and I'm eating crap) but listen... if we can lose 10 lbs a year with the band, we are sooo much better off than if we didn't have it and we kept gaining 10 lbs a year. I think the folks that are losing fast are amazing and I wish I was like them, but I'm not. I'm not going to obsess over how slow I am losing and I'm not going to compair myself to them, its only gonna mentally wear me down if I do and that will make me depressed and guess what happens after that...yep, I'll eat more if I'm depressed. So every week, I just try to make healthier choices and if I have some cake or chips... I'm not going to beat myself up, I'm going to enjoy life. Lets just get healthy instead of getting skinny.... deal? *F* the scale, lets make better food choices and move our bods a little more. Persistance wins the race not perfection Luv yah.
