I'm going to my gyno on Thursday to get a long needed physical...haven't been there in 4 1/2 years.....yeah I know...but I think I'm going thru menopause b/c I get TOM every two weeks or so. Hang in there and good for you for holding out on the goodies too. I think we can all have the sugar free stuff as long as its under what?? 120 calories or so. IMHO thats no way like the real stuff. What do you all think? I also have frozen pops incase of an emergency LOLOL. Not much is happening today except I have to take the doggy to the vet, she's okay just a check up. Then its off to mom's house for a quick visit and then home to go swimming. Thats it. How about you all ? ,

Okay well it will have to be tomorrow since I just had a snackwell cookie... it was that or a snickers bar. I don't know what it is but around 3 - 4 pm I want something sweet and it drives me nuts... my sugar free iced tea just doesn't cut it. I have 4 nice things happen to me all on one day....yesterday. I had one guy at work tell me I was melting and I looked good *WHAT* Another guy asked me where I got my beautiful eyes from *WHAT* Another guy told me I was looking good *WHAT* and lastly.... a lady told me I was slimming down and looking great *WHAT* My brain was in shock all day but dang... it made me finally feel good. Oh.....and a few days ago, my hard ass boss told me I looked nice :faint: .

Aww :huggie: Mary, I'm so sorry. I guess I would sprinkle my pets ashes outside where ever he/she's favorite spot was, or in a brook... some where that meant something special to you and your pet. Hugs

The band is so strange. This morning I was able to eat Breakfast with no problems (turkey sausage). My lunch which consist of tuna and grilled veggies just took me 2 hours to eat, no lie. Maybe you need to take it very very slow and take smaller bites, I mean baby like. Could it be your trying to eat to fast. Proteins are more dense and it takes more concentration to get it down (and patience). Sorry to hear about your problems.... hope this helps. :huggie:

Okay 1 week with no ice cream or chocolate ???????? I'm game if you are.. so when do we start Monday HAAAAA HAHAHAHAH !!!! I find that men will blurt things out but women will stare you up and down, whisper to each other and give you nasty looks. I honestly don't know which is worse since I've been judged by both sides. Either way, it hurts. Ahh my favorite frankinfoods.... there's so many. I love louis rich turkey bacon... and like Wheets turkey pepperoni. Hotdogs, butternut squash soup, all kinds of cereals, and mexican food (frozen).

I bought the low carb vanilla and it taste like dodo, even extra cold :tea: I have 4 of them sitting on my counter top for an emergency LOL. I also could not find the sugar free one.
