Okay...... this used to work for me when I lost 150 lbs. You really need to train the brain. Tell yourself that the wings, fries, pizza will always be here, it will be here tomorrow as well but for today, I'm going to pass. food will always be on earth, we won't. Let me make this a good day. First thing I did when it was over was run for a LARGE cup of coffee :) The 3 best foods on earth are chocolate, pnutbutter and COFFEE !!! Its not raining but still cloudy here. I see blue skys in the horizon so hopefully we'll see some here. I'm going to read a bit and then start cleaning up. My kitchen is a disaster. Maybe we'll go pumpkin picking later, unless it rains again. Whats everyone up to today?

Years ago......one of my best friends worked in the office w/me and 4 other women. I got up, went to the filing cabinet and pfffffffft one slipped right out. I didn't think anyone heard. So I went back to my desk la la la la la and my so called friend says on the top of her lungs "DID YOU FART" Talk about being mortified!!! I just looked at the other women then her and said "NO, YOUR SICK" I slapped her all the way to the parking lot that day LOLOL !!! Some times, it just happens

I got a good radio station on today at work b/c the lady who is in my office is out today...so we is a rockin AND its casual day, need I say I feel GOOD! This weekend mmmmmmmmmm... its really to soggy and wet to do anything outdoor so thats out. Tomorrow is blood work at the hospital, 7:55 am for crying out loud, then its home for some major cleaning and tayloring of my DH's pants, DD too.... (short people always giving me work sheesh LOL jk). Sunday is church and more cleaning, cooking for the week. Nothing exciting folks. How about you ?
