Mary these are easy and you can freeze them, just pop one out of the freezer and by the time you get to work it will be defrosted.... nuke for a few seconds and poof ! Egg Muffins Spray w/Pam a 12 hole muffin pan, put crumbled cooked sausage or cut up ham or bacon or whatever you like in the cups. Some broccoli or spinach or asparagus would be good too. Add grated cheese, cheddar, montery jack or swiss (use light chese to keep calories lower). Don't over fill it w/the meat & cheese, like about 1/2 way or 3/4 at most. Beat 8 eggs with a splash of light cream or milk or half and half, and spoon egg mixture into the cups. Bake 350 degrees, maybe 15- 20 minutes or so, you'll see them start to brown. The possibilities are endless, you can add any kind of cheese, meat or veggies. LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE!!

Hi Cheri, Ditto's, I'm so sorry to hear about your friend, gee that is reallllly sad One thing you must remind your family and friends is that you are not doing it to look good, you are doing this for your health. My BP was 150 / 98 and getting worse. I had to keep reminding my Mom of this. Its been a life long struggle for me and if no one understood then the heck with them. Every doctor is different some require a 2 week pre op liquid diet, others don't. My doctor said eat and enjoy and thats what I did. I was on Clear Liquids 2 weeks after surgery which was a bugger. Other doctors only make their patience go on liquids for a few days after surgery...so you see its all different. You need to talk to your doctor. I'm surprised he hasn't told you what to do by now. I am not allowed to lift anything like laundry for example for at least 6 weeks. Same with exercise, none until after 8 weeks. But then I don't get a fill for over 2 months where others will get a fill at 6 weeks. I would say you'll need the first two weeks for your family really to help you out. Just follow doc's orders and you'll be fine.

Hello I just got back from getting my hair done, it isn't highlighted blond anymore, its now a dark chocolate color LOL !! I asked for my regular mousy brown but she went a little overboard. Its very different but it will lighten up which is okay w/me. Beanie I asked my friend for the name of this laywer, as soon as she gets me the name I'll send it to you. She said since he has gotten the band himself he really feels for people who are stuck with insurance companies. So who knows. I don't know how much he charges, I just hope he can help you. Tina did you talk to your doctor about this? I also have a 4 cc band but I'm not allowed to have a fill until after christmas. From what I gather here it takes a few fills, maybe your next one might be the sweet spot everyone talks about. I also know people with the big 11 cc band and even when they are 1/2 full they feel little or no restriction. It could be you just need a little bit more. When is your next fill ? BTW, 40 lbs is nothing to shake a stick at. I think its wonderful !!! I have to stop myself and walk away from the table too....

How much are you eating and what are you eating? it could be that you ate to much or to fast or didn't chew. What phase are you on? When your ready to get busy you'll know. Just no head stands ROFL !!!!

I was thinking the same thing, stick some rolls of quarters in your pockets ROFL. Is it your insurance company that requires your weight to be higher? or is it just that of the doctor? I am 5'10" and my weight at surgery was 262. My BMI was 37.1...... but I had high blood pressure and cholesterol. Can you check out a doc from NJ ?
