I scared myself bad enough the last week that I could eat all day long too. I scheduled my first fill in 11 months to get back on track. You can buckle down and do it I am sure.

I was a lazy bandster and I pay for it now lol. I lost about 75% of my weight just by changing the amount I eat. I have been plateaud for months now 20lbs from goal so I am gonna have to kick myself in the pants and get goin.
