Wow I wanted to say I was looking at your photos and you look amazing.. I have to ask how are you doing it.. It is so hard to stay away from all the bad food and to get yourself to excercise. Tell me what you do please. At first was it hard for you. I am 3 months after sugery I have like 35lbs down. I am not getting the energy and stuff to keep it going off. But I don't have any restriction either. Well keep up the good work you look amazing Great job!!
