Taking in enough water and protein is really hard, but finally bring able to pass gas- never thought I would be glad to admit that on ANY forum! What misery until that happened! I woke my husband up at 2 am to share the news... I passed gas!!! Needless to say I was more excited than him at that hour... But he was still happy for me! Lol tomorrow I am venturing outside of my house, so hoping that goes well. I have got to figure out a way to get more protein in, the celebrate shakes are gross and soo filmy I think they add to the gas issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated - just remember still on liquid diet until physician release.
