Thank GOD it's not just me! I have been stalled since around March or April. Okay, I had a medical issue that began in February, which inevitably required surgery, so I just couldn't exercise. Since I had several weeks of recovery from that episode, naturally I didn't exercise.....and just haven't gotten back into that swing of things. Then there's those darn hot mochas from Mickey D's! My addiction! I have decided to completely eliminate them, which I'm sure will help and yes, I'm determined to get back into the exercise regime again. Any other suggestions? I generally eat the same things and I always make sure to eat the amount of protein I'm supposed to, yet my protein levels dropped below the lowest level. Why? I have no idea. Again, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have 37 more pounds to lose in the next 11 months! Thanks to you all!!
