I agree. I know some people have super losses or hardly any at all but I think the majority of us are in the same boat. I've seen lots and lots of people who had theirs around when I did (July 7) and we all seem to be neck and neck in weight loss. At least within 5-10 pounds of each other. In every group there will be outliers --people that for some reason do super well or super poorly, but I think most people as science shows, fall in the middle round. The center of the bell curve. I also noticed that many of us are eating very different calorie amounts and very different types of diets due to our different doctors, but yet most are hovering around the same weight loss. I'm trying to remind myself of that when I feel like it is coming off too slow or get disappointed it didn't all fall off my day one lol. I

You need to log in from a computer not a ipad etc and go to the website and go to advanced settings. You can change your calorie amount and everything there.

Thank you! It is just hard. And weird not knowing anyone who really has this or who gone through it. I think my friends think I'm insane at this point (always worrying I stretched it by accidentally eating a bite too many) and my family doesn't really understand. I'm trying to use writing as a tool to deal with the emotions and be able to vent. A blog lets me write whatever whereas a friend would eventually want me to stop talking about this lol. I'm hoping to see some noticeable results soon, I know the scale says movement but I want to seeeeee it! My surgery was 7/7/14. Today is day 44 post surgery. I'm down 29.7 since surgery. I'm down 40.7 including the little bit I lost before surgery. I'm down 72.7 from my "highest recorded" weight (meaning after I hit that number I stopped getting on the scale) Fingers crossed!

I did it July 7th. I'm kinda alone in this and don't know anyone else that had phone through it.

First week on liquids I lost 15. Total after 5 weeks is 28lbs. (Only counting from surgery--not counting pre surgery weight loss)
