Thanks for this info , I was going to have revision surgery on the 21st of August 2014 yesterday and when I was in the OR I flatlined before they even started. Time to reconsider my lifestyle and maybe try to use my lapband again and do what I did to prepare for this surgery. I lost 20 pounds in the last 3 weeks. -
Day five is in the bank but some of these protein shakes are high dollar. I wish they made bacon flavor protein shakes ,lol. Thursday is the big day....keep me in prayers please....let's get healthy together ....
