Hi, what kind of shakes are you doing? I'm 10 days post op and the liquid phase was awful for me. I found ways to get by but it was really hard. Decaf Herbal tea helped as well as my protein shakes. I used Syntrax Nectar in Fuzzy Navel. Good luck, it does get better.

Hi, I'm 9 days post op and had terrible gas from Day 1 until Day 4. I used Fennel tea, which can be bought at health food stores. It doesn't taste great but I only made a very small cup and it began working within about 15 minutes. I used it until I felt no more gas about once to twice a day. Good luck, it does pass!
